Atlantic Immigration Program
This permanent (non-pilot) program is a pathway for skilled foreign workers and for international graduates of Atlantic Canadian institutions who want to live in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island or Newfoundland and Labrador. It is employer-driven: a candidate needs a job offer from a designated Atlantic employer and a provincial endorsement before applying to IRCC. There is no points ranking; applicants are assessed against pass-or-fail criteria.
