Francophone Stream
A Northwest Territories stream for foreign nationals who speak both French and English and hold a valid job offer from a territorial employer, covering all TEER categories from 0 to 5. It exists to grow the pool of bilingual workers in the territory and, unlike the Employer-Driven Stream, it is not selected through expression of interest draws.
