Francophone Community Immigration Pilot

This five-year pilot (2025-2029) offers permanent residence to French-speaking skilled candidates who want to work and live in one of 6 participating Francophone minority communities outside Quebec. It mirrors the rural pilot: a job offer from a designated employer plus a recommendation certificate from the community are required before applying to IRCC. Recent graduates of a public post-secondary institution in the community can be exempt from the work experience requirement.
