Critical Impact Worker
An employer-driven Yukon Nominee Program stream for foreign workers in TEER 4 and 5 entry-level and semi-skilled occupations who hold a full-time job offer from an eligible Yukon employer. It requires less work experience and a lower language level than the Skilled Worker stream, and the employer submits the application on the worker's behalf.
Invitation only
Yukon selects candidates through scheduled expression of interest intakes; both 2026 intakes (January 19-30 and July 6-17, 2026) were closed when checked, and the territory's 2026 allocation is capped at 282 nominations.
