Skilled Worker
An employer-driven Yukon Nominee Program stream for foreign workers in TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3 occupations who hold a full-time job offer from an eligible Yukon employer. The employer, not the worker, submits the application, and candidates are first selected from the territory's expression of interest intakes, which are scored against published priorities such as regulated health-care professionals, rural employers and workers already living in Yukon.
Invitation only
Yukon selects candidates through scheduled expression of interest intakes; both 2026 intakes (January 19-30 and July 6-17, 2026) were closed when checked, and the territory's 2026 allocation is capped at 282 nominations.
