Business Investor Stream – Entrepreneur Pathway
This pathway lets experienced business owners and senior managers invest in and actively manage a business in Manitoba, using a temporary-to-permanent model: the candidate first comes on a work permit, operates the business under a Business Performance Agreement, and is nominated after meeting its terms. A business research visit to Manitoba and a detailed business plan are part of the expression of interest stage. The proposed business must create at least one job for a Manitoba resident.
