Skilled Worker Overseas
This pathway is for skilled workers outside Canada who can demonstrate an established connection to Manitoba, through the support of family or friends in the province, previous Manitoba education or work experience, or a direct MPNP invitation under a strategic recruitment initiative. Applicants are assessed on a points grid covering language, age, work experience, education and adaptability, and are ranked in the EOI pool. A Manitoba connection is mandatory regardless of score.
Invitation only
Per official MPNP draw notes, Skilled Worker Stream EOIs are currently only considered if the candidate was directly invited by the MPNP under a strategic recruitment initiative (or the Temporary Public Policy for prospective PNP candidates).
