International Education Stream – Career Employment Pathway
The Career Employment Pathway was designed to give Manitoba graduates a faster route to nomination when they held long-term employment in an in-demand occupation matching their training. In June 2026 the MPNP began moving these candidates into the Skilled Worker in Manitoba pathway instead, with targeted draws prioritizing Manitoba graduates. The criteria below are the pathway's published requirements, kept for reference.

In an official notice dated June 11, 2026, the MPNP invited Career Employment Pathway candidates with active EOI profiles and at least 6 months of Manitoba work experience to transition into the Skilled Worker in Manitoba pathway, which now prioritizes Manitoba graduates in targeted draws; the Graduate Internship Pathway was explicitly noted as remaining in place. The CEP page remains online, so treat the exact wind-down mechanics as subject to MPNP confirmation.
