Entrepreneur Immigration - Regional
BC PNP stream for entrepreneurs who will start a new business in a participating smaller B.C. community outside the Metro Vancouver area, delivered in partnership with those communities. A community referral, obtained after an exploratory visit, is required before registering, and the proposal must match the community's economic priorities. Financial thresholds are lower than the Base stream, reflecting smaller-community business costs.
