Skills Immigration - International Graduate
Former BC PNP stream for recent graduates of eligible Canadian post-secondary institutions who had a full-time job offer from a B.C. employer. It formed, with the International Post-Graduate stream, B.C.'s study-to-permanent-residence route and was selected through SIRS registrations. International graduates now compete in the Skilled Worker stream on the same basis as other workers.
Closed
Closed: final invitations were issued in November 2024 and the stream is no longer listed on the official Skills Immigration page, which now lists only Skilled Worker and Health Authority. On April 23, 2026 B.C. confirmed it will not launch the planned replacement student streams; graduates must use the existing streams, though Canadian study still earns extra SIRS points.
