Skills Immigration - International Post-Graduate
Former BC PNP stream for graduates with an eligible master's or doctoral degree in the natural, applied or health sciences from a B.C. institution, and for B.C. PhD candidates in any field. It was unusual in requiring neither a job offer nor a SIRS registration, so eligible graduates applied directly. No equivalent job-offer-free graduate route remains in the BC PNP.
Closed
Closed: the stream accepted its last applications in January 2025 and is no longer listed on the official Skills Immigration page, which now lists only Skilled Worker and Health Authority. On April 23, 2026 B.C. confirmed it will not launch the planned replacement student streams (Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate).
