Skilled Worker Selection Program (PSTQ) — Stream 3: Regulated professions
Stream for people who intend to practise an occupation that appears on the Ministère's list of regulated professions in Quebec. The decisive step is recognition by the Quebec regulatory body for the profession, on top of the general PSTQ conditions and the French level attached to the occupation's FEER category. Selected candidates receive a Quebec Selection Certificate and then apply federally for permanent residence.
Invitation only
Access is only by invitation through a declaration of interest in Arrima; candidates declaring a regulated main occupation are directed to this stream.
