Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills
Former OINP stream for workers with an Ontario job offer in specific in-demand occupations, largely in agriculture, construction, trucking and personal support work. It was the main OINP route for TEER 4 and 5 occupations and was selected through the expression of interest system. Lower-skilled job offers are now handled under the TEER 4-5 pathway of the Ontario Workforce Priority stream, which is open to any occupation.
Closed
Closed in the 2026 OINP redesign: the stream was removed effective June 25, 2026 (announced June 26, 2026 on the official 2026 OINP updates page) and replaced by the Ontario Workforce Priority stream. No further invitations will be issued under it; applications already submitted after an invitation are assessed under the rules in effect at submission.
