Ontario Workforce Priority
Ontario's only open OINP stream since the June 2026 redesign, launched as phase 1 of a two-phase rebuild. It covers workers with a full-time permanent Ontario job offer in any NOC occupation, split into a TEER 0-3 pathway and a TEER 4-5 pathway, plus a separate pathway for self-employed physicians who need no job offer. The employer starts the process in the Employer Portal, the candidate registers an expression of interest within 30 days, and Ontario invites candidates by EOI score. Its EOI portal opened August 4, 2026, and as of October 23, 2026 Ontario had not yet published an invitation round under it.
