Masters Graduate
Former OINP stream for people who had completed a master's degree at an eligible Ontario institution, notable because it did not require a job offer. Candidates registered an expression of interest and were ranked on Ontario-focused factors such as Canadian work experience and earnings. With its closure, Ontario graduates no longer have a job-offer-free provincial route and must use the job-offer-based Workforce Priority stream.
Closed
Closed in the 2026 OINP redesign: the stream was removed effective June 25, 2026 (announced June 26, 2026 on the official 2026 OINP updates page) and replaced by the Ontario Workforce Priority stream. No further invitations will be issued under it; applications already submitted after an invitation are assessed under the rules in effect at submission.
