Entrepreneur Program — Stream 3: Business takeover
Route for entrepreneurs who want to take over an existing Quebec business, either as a planned acquisition or through a company they have already acquired while living in Quebec. A Quebec organization specialized in business takeovers must support the transfer from start to finish. Selected applicants receive a Quebec Selection Certificate and then apply federally for permanent residence.

Minimum acquisition spending of CAD $300,000 for a business in the Montreal metropolitan community or CAD $150,000 outside it; the target business must have operated for at least five years and the applicant must acquire control, alone or with an accompanying spouse |
