Permanent immigration pilot program for orderlies
A time-limited pilot that gave people working in Quebec as orderlies (beneficiary attendants / patient service associates) a dedicated route to permanent selection, with work and work-study components. It ended as planned at the start of 2026, alongside Quebec's other two permanent immigration pilots. Orderlies who want to settle permanently are now directed to the Skilled Worker Selection Program (PSTQ) through Arrima.
Closed
Ended as planned on January 1, 2026; no new applications can be submitted. Applications for permanent selection submitted before that date continue to be reviewed by the Ministère. The official page still online covers only adding or removing accompanying family members for people already in the program.
